Our Warranty
We are the most requested paving stone company in Southern California and are the only one to offer a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
Pacific Pavingstone, Inc. (a division of Pacific Outdoor Living ) warrants all interlocking concrete paving stone installations against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the installation on the property.
Pacific Pavingstone further warrants the paving stones used in the installation against cracking and breaking under normal use for the lifetime of the installation on the property. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Pacific Pavingstone will either:
- Perform the necessary repairs at no charge, using new materials, if materials need to be replaced.
or
- Hire an outside service, at our expense, to perform the necessary repairs, including new materials if materials need to be replaced.
