Ingredients
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-2 teaspoons ground ginger
-2 teaspoons dried tarragon.
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-4 lamb chops

Preparation:

Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons dried tarragon, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt together in a medium bowl. Ensure the spices have been mixed well, and have been combined thoroughly to receive the best possible flavor.

Rub the mixture over your lamb chops, ensuring everywhere has been well covered. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for an hour. If you would like a stronger glaze, you can refrigerate them up to 8 hours in advance.
