1. All customers who complete a customer survey form must have a completed and paid for paving stone job which will be verified by Pacific Pavingstone before entry submission.
2. Prize drawings will occur two times during the year. These dates are April 1st and September 1st. All verified names received during each 6 month time frame will be included in the respective drawing.
3. Winner will be notified by phone or email.
4. Pacific Pavingstone reserves the right to modify prize for something of equal value (if needed). |
