Customer Guarantee
1. To do all work in a neat, orderly and timely manner
2. To keep all appointments and to maintain communication with the customer
3. To continue the work on-site until the job is complete
4. To make sure the customer is happy with the design and installation
5. To build a paving stone feature to or above the industry standard
6. To give a lifetime warranty against pavers cracking and labor and a 3 year warranty on all materials
7. To promptly fix or correct any area that may need it
8. To provide the customer with continuous technical support on the care and creation of paving stone installation
9. The customer will be 100% delighted with the work performed, which will be beyond their expectation!
Our Warranty
We are the only Southern California Paving Stone Company to offer a lifetime warranty on materials andworkmanship
Pacific Pavingstone, Inc. (a division of Pacific Outdoor Living) warrants all interlocking concrete paver installations against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the installation on the property. Pacific Pavingstone further warrants the pavers used in the installation against cracking and breaking under normal use for the lifetime of the installation on the property.
